Custom made sublimation garments are made from start to finish with a process that involves several steps. Here's how it works:

White Fabric Selection: The first step is to select the white fabric that will be used for the custom made sublimation garment. This fabric must be suitable for sublimation printing, meaning it is made of polyester or a poly-blend material.
Design Creation: The next step is to create the design that will be printed on the fabric. This can be done digitally using current graphics software.
Printing the Design: Once the design is created, it is printed onto transfer paper using a sublimation printer. The design is printed in reverse, as it will be transferred onto the fabric in the next step.
Transferring the Design: The transfer paper is then placed onto the white fabric and both are placed into a heat press. The heat press applies heat and pressure, causing the dye to sublimate (or turn into gas) and transfer onto the fabric.
Cutting and Sewing: The next step is to cut the fabric into the desired shape and size, and sew it together to create the final custom made sublimation garment.
Quality Inspection: Finally, the custom made sublimation garment undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure that it meets the standards set by the manufacturer.
